The Casa Nova (New House) was built from scratch, in 2018-19, with earth (and a concrete structure).

It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), with bathroom en suite. On the same floor is the living room, a second bathroom and the kitchen.

On the mezzanine there is a futton with 140 x 200 cm. On the upper floor there is a terrace facing east.

The ground floor has no steps and the bathroom allows wheelchair access.

From the living room and kitchen, the house opens onto a south-facing wooden deck where the private pool is located.

This house is naturally climatised due to its type of construction. It also has underfloor heating and air-conditioning.
