Vacation House
The “Casa Antiga” (Old House) is the eastern part of a century-old house. The interior walls that were partially in sight illustrate the history of the construction and the successive alterations of this house. It was recovered in 2018-19, using soil from the property to build the new walls.
The entrance leads directly to the kitchen, which preserves the original chimney. On the north side is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), with en-suite bathroom. On the south side is the living room, with a dining area and a living area.
Next to the stairs to the attic there is a second bathroom. In the attic, large, there are two futtons, one 140 x 200 cm and the other 80 x 200 cm.
The attic floor gives access to a small terrace over the vault.
This house is naturally climatised due to the type of construction. In addition it has underfloor heating on the ground floor and air conditioning in the attic.
To the south of the house is the patio, where you can enjoy the shade of the carob tree and take a dip in the private pool.
